What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase (email and/or order number will do). A 3% restocking fee applies, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For more details, refer to our Returns and Refund Policy

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To start a return, contact us at hello@loveofclogs.com, use our online chat, or text us at +61 0434 182 676. Returns must be sent to our designated address at 103 PORT RD THEBARTON SA 5031.
If emailing, you will receive an automatic reply with this information and you may proceed to return your order.  We will contact you as soon as your parcel has arrived and your return request is being processed.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

Inspect your order upon receipt. If it’s defective or damaged, contact us immediately at hello@loveofclogs.com with details and photos, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or reimburse any shipping fees. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a return.

How long does it take to process refunds?

Refunds are processed within 12 (max.) business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $10 applies. We also ship internationally to New Zealand, the U.S., and Canada at specific rates. For more details, refer to our Shipping page. 

How do I care for my clogs?

Clean your clogs with a damp cloth and mild soap. For wooden bottoms, avoid submerging them in water and dry them slowly. Specific care instructions depend on the material used—refer to our care guide for details.

What is the difference between Swedish design clogs and other clogs?

Swedish design clogs feature an asymmetric shape that provides more room in the toe area, accommodating both regular and wide feet.

I can't find my size. When will you restock?

To stay updated on restocks, sign up for our mailing list. We regularly notify subscribers about new arrivals and restock dates.  Our new and wide selection of clogs id next due to arrive in time for Autumn 2025.

How do your clogs fit into the 'ethically made and sustainable fashion' category?

Our clogs are handmade in the EU under strict labour laws and crafted from sustainably felled European timber, such as Adler and Linden. This aligns with our commitment to ethical production and sustainability.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we ship with Australia Post and provide tracking information for your order. You can track your parcel through their website once it has been dispatched or check in with our website’s tracking system once you’ve been emailed or texted your Australia Post tracking number.
